The Runes shop is run by the Magic Store Owner. It sells all the items needed for training and fighting with magic.
There are a few runes not sold in Godzhell. However if you do ::rune you will get all runes. The game has the desert treasure quest and used to work however i tried it and the last bit for completing does not work no longer, but the good thing is you do not need to complete to quest to do the achient magic's. Just so ::ancienton to change yours spell book into ancheint, do ::normalon to make it back to normal. If the codes seem to not work just log off and on, then it will probably work. - ibos 100
